We do not carry information on the growing, propagation, cloning, or any other
information of any form of banned or illegal cannabis. Inquiries regarding the purchase or location of growers or suppliers of cannabis
products, supplies, seeds, parts or other information will not be answered and will be discarded immediately.

(Many of the plants listed above are known by many other names; regional, botanical, or otherwise. While it is not possible to know all of
the local variations of the various plants, we check our local laws prior to purchasing stock.
TO OUR KNOWLEDGE WE CARRY NO SEED THAT IS ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED
IN THE UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES, CANADA, THE E.U., AUSTRALIA, JAPAN,
CHINA, AND BRAZIL, OR THAT IS CONSIDERED A HALLUCINOGEN, NARCOTIC, BARBITURATE, MOOD ALTERING
SEED, PLANT, OR PRECURSOR PLANT..)
Most, if not all of these plants are considered hallucinogenic, or otherwise mind/mood altering. Moreover, if not deemed illegal to sell,
own, distribute, propagate, or otherwise engage in commerce in, the Catalpa Tree Seed Company has made the ethical decision not to engage in
any practice regarding these seeds, plants, or other constituent parts.
Please understand, we do not wish to inhibit freewill and the choices that individuals make with their own bodies and minds. We however, do
wish to remain in business, out of trouble, and continue to provide superior quality seed and service to our customers.
Any communication regarding the above referenced items (And any that we have not listed but are deemed illegal or should be included in this
list); will be deleted immediately from our servers.
We look at it this way: Your choice your mind your body, our right to sell or
not to, right?.
As of 04JUN07, we have received over 10,000 emails requesting items banned on
our list of seed and seed products that we DO NOT
carry. None of these emails have been responded to, and have been deleted
immediately. If you feel that you still wish to email regarding this,
please consider our policy prior to doing so.
